7 Quick Mastercam Tips.

This is just the beginning of what could potentially be a long series of videos dedicated to sharing quick and helpful tips in using Mastercam. Inspired by a previous video where I discovered the partial chaining shortcut, I thought it would be beneficial to create more videos like this to provide even more handy tips and tricks. And so, here we are...

In this initial video, we delve into a variety of tips, including auto hiding the on-screen prompt, utilizing the double-click function to end selection, editing common parameters, customizing the ribbon bar and interface to suit your preferences, the absence of geometry selection in the Face Milling toolpath, pinning files in the open menu, expanding the MRU (Most Recently Used) list, and even displaying the toolpath generation time for your toolpaths.

While this video covers seven useful tips, I believe there is potential to create three or four more videos like this if they prove to be beneficial for everyone. These tips are merely scratching the surface of what Mastercam has to offer. We are always eager to receive feedback from our viewers, so please let us know what topics or features you would like us to cover in future videos. To express our gratitude for your participation, we have created a quick survey for you to fill out. By leaving your email address, you will also be entered into a draw to win some exclusive camInstructor swag!
