Whats Coming in 2020 From CamInstructor

1/10/20 4:02 PM / by camInstructor Mike

Finally! The first post of 2020. Not going to spend time looking back at 2019, just looking ahead at whats planned so far for 2020 from CamInstructor. Some double double top secret info in here....shhh!

With 2019 now far in the review mirror, lets focus on looking ahead at what's coming in 2020 from CamInstructor.

As usual, we will be updating all of our content for the new release of Mastercam 2021. We are aiming to release all this new content to coincide with CNC Software's release of Mastercam 2021. In the past, CNC Software has done the releases in June. I kind of expect this to be the trend again this year but since I'm not part privy to any such information ahead of time, June is only a guess. Whether it's May or December, as soon as CNC Software announces the release of 2021, we will announce the release of our updated content.

The plan this year for our blog, I'm going to be stepping it up bigtime! Expect weekly posts covering anything that's machining related. Not just Mastercam, not just gcode...everything is on the table. GD&T, Shop Math, CAD, CAM, basic shop practices, Macros, etc. If there are topics you would like to see done, let me know. Videos you would like to have for your classes, your shop, or even just for yourself, let me know.

So onward with 2020! I've got videos to make!
