Taking a look at the basics of the Mastercam 2019 User Interface.

Here we take a cruze around Mastercam 2019 and explore all of the menus, tabs, icons, buttons, and options. 

There are not a lot of differences between Mastercam 2019 and 2018, as far as the interface goes. If you are able to navigate the older interface easily, you shouldn't have any problems finding what you're after in this version.

If you have finally made the jump from X9, then yes, you'll have your hands full adapting to the new interface. After watching this video, it should, at the very least, show you the ease of use the new interface provides. 

The new interface does make it easier for new users to quickly find the functions they are after. Seasoned users should be able to make the transition rather easily, it's just a matter of putting in a bit of time to get used to the new layout. One things we do not discuss in this video that may be of some interest to the seasoned Mastercam user is the option to customize the interface. You can still customize your mouse right click, you can also create custom tabs and menus now. Keep an eye out, I'll be making a video on interface customization soon!
